This is a film that portrays the achievements of Soviet scouts. During the Great Patriotic War, Soviet Army Scout Major Fedotov was ordered to parachute into enemy-occupied territory at night to gather intelligence on the German High Command's military action plans. His reconnaissance target was General Koon, who held the highest military secrets of Germany. In the enemy-occupied area, Fedotov used the alias Henry Aikett, disguising himself as a wealthy and imposing businessman. Fedotov devised a way to make contact with the spy leader Lumbaur and infiltrated their ranks. After a series of clever and brave struggles, he finally uncovered who the traitor was, providing intelligence to the enemies from within a certain Soviet department, and brought them to justice. In the end, Fedotov captured Koon. Thus, the brave, clever, and composed Soviet scout accomplished a great feat.
