During the Roman rule over Egypt, a governor's corrupt administration led by Petronius sparked a rebellion led by Al-Kabir, a young man who claims to be the son of Cleopatra and Julius Caesar. When Petronius's daughter, Livia, arrives from Rome and falls into his hands, Al-Kabir takes the opportunity to win her heart by first freeing her father.
