Jeff (played by Tim Abell) is a photographer who recently lost his wife, and he still hasn't been able to escape the shadow of widowhood. Jeff's friends, unable to bear seeing him sink into depression, encourage him to meet new women and start a new life. By chance, Jeff meets a girl named Lynn (played by Brinke Stevens), who is an advertising executive. They have a very romantic date, which gradually rekindles Jeff's hope for life. However, from that point on, Lynn begins to exhibit some behaviors that frighten Jeff; she seems to be obsessed with him and has a strong possessiveness. Gradually, Lynn's actions start to cross the line, heading into a pathological direction.
