Moriya Soshi, who has been able to see terrifying spirits since childhood (played by Yuma Nakayama), encounters his junior Kokuri (played by Haruka Shimazaki), who is being haunted by a mysterious ghost, while in high school. Although he likes her, his shy personality prevents him from confessing his feelings. After failing to get into college in his first year, Soshi earns his place in his desired university through hard work and reunites with Kokuri. During this time, he learns that Kokuri and her childhood friend have joined a supernatural research club. Remembering the events from high school, Soshi feels he cannot ignore Kokuri's situation, so he musters the courage to join as well. This group of vibrant young people investigates various mysterious incidents every day, and soon bizarre phenomena begins to appear on campus, with Kokuri becoming a target for evil spirits... This film is adapted from the work of the 19th Japan Horror Novel Award Readers' Prize winner, Ryu Kushiki.
