Three people living in a government housing board building in Thuraipakkam, Chennai: Karnan (GV Prakash Kumar), a thief; Kalai (Pasanga Paandi), who has previously been imprisoned for theft; and Rocky (Nandhan Ram), a drug dealer. The three have been friends since childhood, residing in the government housing board building in Thuraipakkam, Chennai. The police and the public always regard the residents there as criminals, and the police exploit illegal activities to earn bribes. As a result, they have no opportunities for legitimate work, and many can only survive through illegal activities. Rocky, as the leader of a small team, often clashes with rival drug dealer gangs. A task assigned by the police has brought immense disaster to the three and their families.
