This film tells a famous story from World War II. In 1941, the German army gathered its finest troops to launch a powerful offensive against Moscow, dubbed 'Typhoon,' with the goal of capturing the city before winter set in. The 28 soldiers of the Soviet 'Panfilov Infantry Division' used only one 45mm anti-tank gun, a few anti-tank rifles, anti-tank grenades, and Molotov cocktails to block this ambitious invading army, ultimately stopping the German advance at a staggering cost of only 5 survivors from the entire company, thereby defending Moscow.
