Adapted from the comic of the same name, the story is set in the near future where the world is in chaos. To solve the problem, the government plans to secretly broadcast a signal that makes it impossible for anyone to commit a crime. Time is limited, and a trio (Edgar Ramirez, Anna Brewster, and Michael Pitt) decides to pull off a big heist before the government begins the broadcast. Their actions will also become the last criminal activity in American history.
