"Fog of War" is set during the late stages of World War II and tells the story of injured American pilot Gene and his OSS agent fiancée Penny. They retreat to a remote mansion in Massachusetts, where they live with Penny's distant uncle Robert. Unbeknownst to Penny, the OSS has recruited Gene to monitor the family and the surrounding community, as classified documents related to the Normandy landing have been stolen, and an enemy spy is lurking nearby, ready to hand over these plans to the Axis powers.
