In Rome, Italy, a storm rages with strong winds and heavy rain. Suddenly, a masked figure in black holding a dagger bursts into the room of the sexy and enchanting model Isabella (played by Francesca Ungaro). The beautiful maiden is brutally murdered, her cries for help drowned out by the thunder and lightning. The next day, the landlady (played by Eva Bartok) discovers Isabella's body, and the police along with various people related to her quickly arrive. An investigation reveals that the model's death seems to be connected to a red notebook. This notebook has now fallen into the hands of another model, Nicole (played by Ariana Gorini), who decides to hand it over to the police. However, the killings surrounding this mysterious notebook have already begun...
