Xingquan (played by Yaku Shiyan Maru) is an ordinary high school girl whose mother passed away when she was young, and her father recently died in a car accident. She lives alone with her father's lover, Mayumi (played by Kazuki Kaze). Xingquan's distant relative is the leader of the Mikado gang, and with only four members left, they ask Xingquan to take over her father's position as leader to fulfill his dying wish. She does not want to see the members go down a path of destruction, so she agrees to take on the role and visits the upper gang leader, Hamaguchi (played by Kazuo Kitamura). Days later, Detective Kuroki (played by Akira Emoto) reveals to Xingquan that her father's death is related to drugs, and Mayumi is also involved. Xingquan begins to investigate her father's death, and the mastermind behind it starts to take action. The weakened Mikado gang is facing the fate of destruction...
