Old Hong (played by Liu Wei) is the captain of the Flying Tigers. Together with his deputy leader Wang Qiang (played by Li Xuejian) and team member Peng Liang (played by Chang Rong), they infiltrated the Zhangtai International Trading Company and assassinated the Japanese manager. Gangcun is the captain of the Japanese secret service team, and the news of the assassination infuriated him, leading him to murder dozens of innocent porters to vent his anger. Old Hong learned that the newly appointed manager, Lieutenant General Yamaguchi, was on his way, so under the guidance of the political commissar, he shot him dead, and then killed Gangcun, avenging the brutally murdered Chinese people while significantly striking back at the enemy's arrogance. The new secret service captain Matsuo is cruel and unscrupulous; he enlisted the help of the agent Qin Xiong (played by Li Youbin) to devise a cunning plan to capture all the members of the Flying Tigers. To make matters worse, Matsuo also kidnapped Old Hong's wife, Sister Fang Lin (played by Chen Xiaoyi), intending to use her to completely eliminate Old Hong.
